While imprisoned in the concentration camp Theresienstadt, composer Viktor Ullmann wrote, "our desire for art was matched only by our desire for life." Join Collegium Cincinnati and Christ Church Cathedral, under the direction of Stephan Casurella, for music that celebrates perseverance. Choral forces will perform The Lamentations of Jeremiah by Thomas Tallis and the Four Voice Mass of William Byrd. Collegium's core string quartet will perform Ullmann's String Quartet no. 3 in A major.
