PROFILE
Collegium Cincinnati is one of the most vibrant musical organizations serving the Greater Cincinnati region. From the Passions of Bach to world premiere performances of today’s newest great repertoire, the Collegium presents stylish musical events that surprise, move, and captivate our audiences.
We encourage audiences to applaud wherever and however they want, to ask questions, and to engage with us before, after, and during our performances. And, we are committed to breaking down the barrier between musician and music-lover: we want to know you – and we want you to know us!
While we maintain our home as artists-in-residence at Christ Church Cathedral, one of the most active music hubs in the city, the Collegium performs in traditional and non-traditional venues throughout the city. Whether it’s the Brandenburg Concertos in a cozy bourbon bar, or classical music trivia in a cabaret space, we go wherever the music calls us.
Collegium Cincinnati’s musicians are among the finest and the finest up-and-coming in the region. With a world-class conservatory (CCM) and one of the nation’s top orchestras in town, our musicians represent the best and brightest working today.
